ORDERS & SHIPPING
ORDER CHANGES
We cannot change your apparel order once it has been placed. We cannot change the address once an item has been shipped or is in transit. We are not responsible for any mistakes in address input incorrectly, so please review your order information carefully.
An email with a shipment tracking number will be sent when your item has shipped. If you have not received an email with a tracking number, your order is still in the process of being fulfilled & has not yet been shipped.
Details of all order history are reviewable for those who create an account rather than check out as a guest. Account holders can also save payment information and utilize express checkout. The entire process of your order may be tracked on the Track My Order page using your email address and the order number.
ORDER STATUS
- Ordered: We have received your order information.
- Order Ready: Your order has been created and packaged.
- In Transit: Your order has been picked up by mail courier to be processed.
- Out For Delivery: A local mail courier will deliver your order that day.
- Delivered: Your order has been received or left at the address in the order details.
SHIPPING
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an apparel order, after which it’s shipped out. Items may be shipped and packaged separately if the order contains items of varying shapes and sizes. The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
DELIVERY
Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday between 8AM - 6PM. Working days are: Monday to Friday (usually don't include public holidays or weekends). We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. If your order hasn't arrived after several days have passed your expected arrival date, please check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address, ask your local post office if they have your package, or stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Sometimes, mail couriers make mistakes. If the shipping address is correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or your neighbor’s, contact us at iamJoshuaKings@gmail.com with your order number.
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is outside our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
We prioritize quality and sustainability in our production process. Our apparel is "Print-On-Demand" and is made especially for you when you place an order, so it takes us a bit longer to deliver it. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
